HOMEWelcome to the Paula O'Malley School of Dance, and thank you for your interest in our studio. Since 1994 our mission has been :
"To provide each child that comes through our doors a chance to experience the pleasure of movement and the joy of performing in a fun, safe, but structured environment."Throughout my dancing career, I have been exposed not only to the obvious benefits of dance, such as exercise, good posture, grace and coordination, but dance has also helped with self-confidence, over coming shyness, learning to work together, the making of life-long friendships, building self-esteem, making a commitment, setting and achieving personal goals. It is my sincere wish to pass these qualities, as well as the love and joy of dance, onto my students through my teachings. Remember, "dance lessons are life lessons".
